Edumine probed the gaps in professional development training. A survey was carried out with the primary goal to understand the best practices in the industry around training of professionals. There were over 300 participants from companies such as AngloGold, Newmont, Trafigura, Nevada Gold, Kinross and Glencore, among others.
We analysed the results of the survey and found 3 main areas of interest on how to leverage effective professional development without losing productivity: Measuring ROI, Incentives, and Diversity & Inclusion.
