Review and Approval Board Responsible for selection and approval of courses based on relevance and interest to the mining and geoscience communities, and for final approval in terms of technical content, depth of presentation and practical, effective approach. The Review and Approval Board oversees the course review and internal accreditation processes and the maintenance of courseware content standards, with the specialized assistance of members of the EduMine Review Panel.

Executive Board Responsible for execution of Review and Approval Board policy and directives and management of EduMine operations with respect to courseware functionality, presentation, and support standards, Internet operations, site management, and subscriber and author relations.
