Development of design tools employs an XML-based technology that allows rapid assembly of web-based tools using intuitive XML-tagged datasets. The graphical component of a tool employs the new Internet standard for Scaleable Vector Graphics (SVG). The tool development environment is presented in detail in the new EduMine course
