Educational Institution Listings

In the interests of promoting better communication, networking and collaboration in educational development, EduMine maintains extensive listings of educational institutions (as well as professional associations) in mining and the geosciences.

If your university department, mining school or other educational institution is not included in these listings, and you think it should be, then please email us with the necessary information, including institution, department, country, website and contact information.

Educational Affiliate Program

EduMine courses represent a significant teaching, learning and reference resource.

The Affiliate Program delivers a low-cost alternative and/or reinforcement to in-house development of courses for specialized topics. It provides online courses in a format that allows them to be readily integrated into a mining curriculum and utilized in either a teaching or learning mode.

Unrestricted access for faculty and students to all EduMine courses is provided at nominal cost.

Access to online tools, publications and events is included.

The Affiliate Program includes access to a growing library of online mining tools, a large mining publications database, and mining events listings.

A campus page on EduMine provides unrestricted access to all resources and increased audience recognition.

The campus page provides customized login, reporting, linking and news functionality, and a platform for directed learning programs.

It also provides opportunity for increased audience recognition through exposure to the large InfoMine / EduMine online audience.

The Affiliate Program provides all of the above at nominal cost.

All of the above is available for an Educational Enrollment fee of Can$2500 per year, with no restrictions on numbers of enrolled faculty and students.

Optional authoring opportunities provide royalties and audience recognition.

There is a growing demand for course material on specialized topics. Mining schools, university departments and individual authors can benefit from an authoring program that contributes up to 50% of revenues as course royalties.

EduMine provides tools and support services to assist authors with preparation of course material in a web-ready format.

The Partner Program includes all of the benefits of the affiliate program, at zero cost, plus ...

The Partner Program builds on the Affiliate Program (described above) as a platform for collaborative development of innovative continuing education and learning programs for the mining industry.

The Affiliate Program is provided free of charge to approved educational partners.

  • provide for continuing education of mining professionals in specialized topics;
  • provide for cross-training of professionals from other disciplines;
