Welcome to the NWCC Continuing Education Campus on EduMine
In response to the training needs of industry, Northwest Community College has developed the School of Exploration & Mining. In partnership with Smithers Exploration Group, BC Ministry of Energy, Mines & Petroleum Resources, the School develops industry-related courses and programs and offers training in various areas of mining and exploration.
NWCC and EduMine partner in the provision of online continuing education in exploration and mining.
The NWCC - EduMine partnership provides enrollment and certification benefits for NWCC students for approved online courses on EduMine. The partnership delivers continuing education, training and technical reference to the widely dispersed exploration and mining communities in northern BC. It allows for interactive, self-paced learning and certification from the convenience of the mine site, exploration camp, home, office, or educational campus and is of particular benefit to the many exploration and mining students in remote areas.
Your contact at NWCC for online continuing education is Tracy Moore.
If you require enrollment and certification in an EduMine course then please contact Tracy at (250) 847 4461 or for approval first.
